Sr. Paralegal

Our boutique business litigation law firm seeks a Sr. Paralegal to join their team. This role is fully on-site at their Irvine office. In this role, you will provide comprehensive litigation support, including document review and management, preparation and assistance with pleadings and motions, research to support litigation efforts, and collaboration with attorneys and staff while managing deadlines across multiple matters. Responsibilities Document review and management of discovery, including organizing, analyzing, and tracking case documents. Prepare and assist with pleadings and motions, including assembly of exhibits, citations, and supporting documentation. Review motions, briefs and other court papers prior to filing, including proofreading, cite-checking, record checking, preparing exhibits and document formatting. Familiarity with federal and state court rules, e-filing systems, and litigation procedures. Work collaboratively with attorneys and staff and to manage deadlines across multiple matters. Ensure that all litigation case files are maintained within department-approved protocols and case management systems, and seeks to improve workflows regarding storage and recall of electronic files. Conduct thorough research to support litigation efforts Qualifications California Paralegal Certification Required (ABA, CPA, or equivalent) Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Required Skills You have 8-10 years of experience as a paralegal. You have excellent organization and communication skills, as well as a strong work ethic. Proficiency with standard office software and litigation support tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Word formatting, page breaks, numbering, Table of Authorities, etc. Proficiency in legal research using online databases and other resources to support case strategy and filings. Strong skills in legal document preparation, including drafting, formatting, and organizing litigation-related materials. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and organization. Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and MyCase is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
