Are you an experienced Paralegal who knows how to navigate complex litigation and isn't afraid to dig into the details? We're looking for a Paralegal  to support a busy legal team handling cases involving medical records, discovery, expert coordination, and litigation deadlines.

This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented legal professional who understands the demands of litigation and can take ownership of assignments from start to finish. Medical malpractice experience is strongly preferred, particularly for candidates comfortable reviewing extensive medical records, coordinating experts, preparing discovery, and managing electronic filings.

Compensation & Highlights:

• $75,000 per year, based on experience.
• Full-Time, Permanent.

Responsibilities of the Paralegal:

• Review, organize, and analyze medical records to identify key facts, evidence, timelines, and inconsistencies.
• Draft discovery, pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and other litigation documents.
• Coordinate expert witness research and retention, as well as keeper-of-records depositions and subpoenas.
• Manage e-filing, case files, deadlines, correspondence, and other litigation support activities.
• Communicate with attorneys, clients, experts, medical providers, opposing counsel, and courts to keep cases progressing.

Qualifications of the Paralegal:

• Litigation paralegal experience required; medical malpractice experience strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience reviewing and analyzing medical records is required.
• Experience with expert retention, e-filing, discovery, pleadings, subpoenas, and keeper-of-records depositions required.
• Strong organizational, writing, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment,  work independently, and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment.
