Role Description This is a full‑time, hybrid, Licensed Insurance Agent role based in the Knoxville Metropolitan Area. The Licensed Insurance Agent will consult with individuals and businesses to assess their coverage needs, explain policy options, and recommend appropriate insurance solutions. Daily responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound calls, providing quotes, preparing applications, processing policy changes, and following up with prospects and existing clients. The role involves maintaining accurate client records, working with insurance carriers and brokerage partners, and staying current on product offerings and industry regulations. The agent will also support customer service activities by answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience at every interaction. Qualifications Strong Insurance Sales and Insurance expertise, with a proven ability to explain coverage options and close policies ethically. Experience in Insurance Brokerage and working with multiple carriers to offer clients a range of competitive products. Solid understanding of Finance principles related to premiums, deductibles, and risk to help clients make informed decisions. Excellent Customer Service skills, including clear communication, active listening, and professional issue resolution. Current state insurance license (or ability to obtain within a defined timeframe) and compliance with all regulatory requirements. Comfort with using CRM tools and basic office software to manage leads, track activities, and maintain accurate records. Ability to work on‑site and remote, full time in the Knoxville Metropolitan Area, collaborate with a team, and manage time effectively.
