ResponsibilitiesMeet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote products, services and/or referral programs.
Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
RequirementsBe a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
Must be highly self-motivated.
A Property & Casualty insurance license is preferred and will be required.
A Life & Health Insurance license is preferred and will be required.
Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
Minimum 3-5 years prior sales experience is preferred.
