About the Role

As a Paraprofessional, you will work alongside teachers and support staff to provide instructional assistance, reinforce student learning, and help create a positive and engaging classroom experience.

What You'll Do

• Support teachers with daily classroom instruction and learning activities.
  
• Provide one-on-one and small group academic support to students.
  
• Assist with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment.
  
• Help administer assessments and serve as a testing proctor when assigned.
  

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Associate Degree or a minimum of 60 college credit hours required (90 credit hours preferred ).
  
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with students, families, teachers, and staff.
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary up to $42,000 annually
