Key Responsibilities Deploy, configure, and manage load balancers and firewalls to ensure optimal performance, security, and availability of network services. Partner with application development teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored network infrastructure deployments. Lead cross-functional discussions and drive resolution of complex network challenges in OpenShift Container environments. Continuously monitor network performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues to minimize downtime and maintain service reliability. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for network configurations, processes, and operational procedures. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve network infrastructure. Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and development. Mandatory Skills & Qualifications Deep understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, VLANs, routing, switching). Hands-on experience deploying and managing load balancers (e.g., F5, HAProxy, NGINX) and firewalls (e.g., Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, Fortinet). Proven experience working within OpenShift Container environments, including network integration and troubleshooting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams. Preferred Skills Familiarity with cloud networking solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform networking services). Experience using network monitoring and management tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios, or similar). Knowledge of security frameworks, compliance standards, and network security best practices. Understanding of DevOps principles and practices, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code. #J-18808-Ljbffr
