AND Gather is a creative production company built for performance marketing. We make paid social content at scale for DTC brands, working across strategy, production, and campaign execution. We are a small team, we move fast, and AI is embedded in how we operate.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a high-output, client-facing role. You will own the day-to-day relationship on a major DTC account in health and wellness, running everything from creative strategy to copy compliance to sprint-based production. The account spans paid social, CTV, UGC, podcast, and static across multiple product lines. It moves fast and the volume is real. You are the connective tissue between the client and the internal creative team. You shape creative direction, write and review copy against strict compliance frameworks, run weekly sharebacks, and keep production on track. When feedback contradicts earlier rounds, you manage that conversation directly. When deadlines overlap, you prioritize and delegate without escalating every decision. This is not a traffic role. You need to be able to write a Meta headline, a 30-second video script, and a UGC creator brief in the same afternoon.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Own the client relationship. Run weekly calls, async Slack communication, and creative presentations. Anticipate needs. Manage expectations proactively. Prepare and deliver sharebacks with structured follow-ups and action items. Write performance ad copy. Static, video, UGC, CTV, podcast. Build and maintain copy reference guides and claims matrixes that map every headline, body line, and CTA back to approved clinical data or brand-approved language. Enforce compliance. Review all copy before client delivery against FDA disclaimer requirements, legal guardrails, and brand tone. Work with the client legal team to pre-approve language before production begins. Run production sprints. Manage a monthly output of 15-20+ statics, multiple video edits, UGC deliveries, and podcast content across several product lines. Track everything in Asana, Figma, Dropbox, and Milanote. Own creative quality. Final-pass reviews on all deliverables before they leave the building. Copy accuracy, visual quality, logo placement, offer compliance, disclaimer formatting. Catch problems before the client does. Drive creative strategy from data. Deliver weekly performance reports covering top-spending creatives, CPA, CVR, and purchase data. Turn performance insights into the next round of briefs. Coordinate asset delivery. Manage workflows between internal Figma files and client-facing boards. Version control, naming conventions, and file organization need to be tight.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

5+ years in a creative agency, performance marketing agency, or in-house creative team managing client accounts Strong copywriter. You write performance ad copy, not just manage people who do. Experience working within strict compliance or legal review frameworks. Health, wellness, supplements, pharma, or financial services. Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent production workstreams with competing deadlines Fluent in Figma, Asana, Dropbox, Slack, and Google Workspace Excellent communication. You are the voice of the agency to the client and the voice of the client to the team. High energy. You thrive when the pace is fast and the expectations are high.

NICE TO HAVE

Experience with DTC or ecommerce brands, particularly in health, fitness, or supplements Familiarity with paid social creative best practices across Meta, YouTube, and CTV Experience managing UGC creator programs and influencer content Comfort using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) for creative strategy, copy drafting, and workflow automation Background in creative strategy or media buying, not just production or traffic management

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

In the first 90 days, you have fully onboarded to the compliance framework and copy reference system, taken ownership of the weekly client cadence and creative shareback process, and built enough trust that the internal team comes to you first with questions instead of escalating. Within six months, you are running the account with minimal oversight, proactively surfacing creative opportunities from performance data, and contributing to the strategic direction of the work. #J-18808-Ljbffr AND
