Warrenton Toyota is currently seeking a Cashier/Receptionist to join our team at our Warrenton location.Scope Of Work:Reports to work every day scheduled, on time, with a cooperative and friendly attitude.Completes all necessary paperwork accurately and balances out cash drawer with detailed explanations for any discrepancies.Makes constant effort to improve knowledge of Booking and Cashiering Process.Properly checks in all Service and Sales Rental Vehicles and ensures all TRAC agreements are completed properly.Promptly answers all incoming telephone calls in a timely and courteous manner and routes calls to the appropriate destination.Greets customers in a professional and courteous manner as they arrive and directs them to the appropriate destination.Performs various clerical support tasks and has knowledge and ability to perform others as needed according to the Receptionist job descriptions in order to support Sales staff.Pay Scale: $15 per hour.Qualifications:Ability to accommodate a rotating schedule,Professional manner with a positive attitude towards customers and co-workersExcellent verbal & written communication skillsValid driver's license and clean driving recordWarrenton Toyota is proud to be an Equal Employee Opportunity employer.
