Coverage Needed :
- Start Date: 07/6/2026
- End Date: 09/04/2026
- PMR - Monday - Friday 8a-5p - no call or weekend obligation
- 7/6-7/17
- 8/24-9/4
Clinical Details :
- Required Skills:PM&R
- Diagnose and manage acute, chronic, and complex medical conditions
- Perform routine and preventive health examinations
- Order, interpret, and act on appropriate diagnostic tests
- Develop, implement, and adjust evidence-based treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with clinical guidelines
- Maintain accurate, timely, and complete patient records within the EMR
- Coordinate care with nurses, advanced practice providers, specialists, and ancillary staff
- Communicate clearly with patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and prevention strategies
- Participate in care team meetings and case reviews as appropriate
Requirements :
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited residency program
- Board certification or eligibility in applicable specialty
- Current, valid license to practice medicine in the State of New York
- Current DEA registration or eligibility for DEA registration
- BLS certification through AHA, HSI, or American Red Cross required prior to start
- Proven clinical experience within the physician's specialty area
