Senior Business Development Manager Home Health

Job Description
We are looking for a proven healthcare sales professional with an established book of business and strong referral relationships in Palm Beach County .
Responsibilities
Generate Medicare Home Health referrals and grow census.
Build relationships with hospitals, physicians, SNFs, ALFs, rehab facilities, case managers, and discharge planners.
Develop new accounts and strengthen existing referral partnerships.
Conduct face-to-face sales and account development.
Qualifications
Medicare Home Health sales/business development experience.
Established Palm Beach County healthcare book of business.
Proven ability to generate referrals and grow accounts.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and results driven.
