Job Overview Retail Field Sales Manager – Regular Work – Location: Market - SAMFSM - FL - Palm Beach West (AG). Full‑time, Tuesday to Saturday with daily travel, including overnight stays and national conference trips. Responsibilities Serve as a brand ambassador for Samsung, promoting the brand and product ecosystem to retailers. Develop and maintain structured schedules to optimize productivity and ensure timely store visits across multiple channel locations. Follow store visit protocols and maintain professionalism during interactions with retail partners. Implement cluster routing strategies to streamline travel and enhance territory coverage. Demonstrate all Samsung mobile products and ecosystem features to customers. Oversee merchandising of Samsung displays, ensuring compliance with brand standards and visual presentation requirements. Conduct comprehensive training sessions for retail sales associates on Samsung mobile products, equipping them with knowledge to promote and sell. Take responsibility for achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and driving unit sell‑out through planning, execution, and continuous improvement. Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store managers to align sales objectives and provide support. Drive field initiatives through daily store visits, ensuring alignment with multiple channel locations and strategic priorities. Qualifications 4+ years of experience in multi‑unit territory management, product training and demonstrations, retail concepts, merchandising, and displays. High‑school diploma or equivalent, with 4+ years of directly related experience. Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience. Must have reliable transportation and state‑required minimum liability automotive insurance coverage. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar systems. Demonstrated self‑motivation, independence, ability to prioritize multiple tasks, and excellent communication and presentation skills. Professional image and demeanor aligned with Samsung’s values. Preferred Experience with national convention travel and overnight stays. Knowledge of U.S. retail dynamics and consumer behaviors. Benefits Competitive hourly pay of $27.00.
