The Role:

What You’ll Do:

• Execute tacos and menu items with speed, precision, and consistency. 
• Own your station—clean, stocked, dialed in. 
• Keep up during high-volume service without sacrificing quality. 
• Prep, cook, and plate to XO standards. 
• Work tight with your team and communicate on the fly. 
• Follow food safety rules—no shortcuts.
