Our clinic is equipped with state-of-the-art resources that support both practitioner and patient needs.Work EnvironmentThis full-time position allows you to work onsite in our modern outpatient office, where you will find a supportive and dynamic team atmosphere. The work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, promoting work-life balance while serving our community. With an expected patient volume of approximately two patients per hour, you will have ample time to engage deeply with each individual, which is vital for their recovery journey.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical health to assess their needs and develop individualized treatment strategies.Design and implement therapeutic exercise programs aimed at enhancing strength, flexibility, and overall functional performance.Utilize skilled manual therapy techniques to alleviate pain and improve mobility, adapting methods based on each patient's specific conditions.Continually reassess patient progress, utilizing assessment tools and metrics to refine and adjust care plans in response to their evolving needs.Keep accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic medical record (EMR) systems such as WebPT, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.Patient Population / Client FocusYou will primarily work with individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and chronic pain conditions. Our patient population varies in age and background, requiring a therapist who is both empathetic and skilled at tailoring treatment approaches to diverse needs. Building rapport with patients will be essential, as many will benefit from your guidance and support as they navigate their rehabilitation journey.QualificationsA Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.An active New Jersey Physical Therapist license, demonstrating your commitment to the profession.A minimum of 2 years of hands-on clinical experience in a physical therapy setting, preferably within an orthopedic rehabilitation context.Strong background in manual therapy techniques, across various modalities to support diverse conditions.Proficiency using EMR systems, with experience in WebPT being highly desirable.Preferred ExperienceIdeal candidates will have specific experience working in outpatient orthopedic settings and familiarity with evidence-based practices. Training in advanced manual therapy techniques or certifications such as Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT) will be viewed favorably.Compensation and BenefitsThe annual salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience and skills.
