The Opportunity As part of the Operations Strategy team you are expected to help companies identify, clarify, and resolve complex issues critical to their strategic and operating success. As a Senior Associate you are expected to analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain rigorous standards. You are expected to focus on operations strategy, supply chain strategy, and performance improvement, while building meaningful client connections and navigating complexity. Responsibilities - Identify and resolve complex strategic issues - Improve supply chain and operational performance - Analyze and solve complex problems - Mentor and guide junior team members - Maintain exceptional standards in deliverables - Build meaningful client connections - Navigate and manage complex scenarios - Focus on operations strategy What You Must Have - Bachelor's Degree - 3 years of experience What Sets You Apart - Master's Degree preferred - Identifying and resolving complex strategic issues - Knowledge in operations strategy and supply chain management - Developing insights and providing recommendations - Building collaborative relationships with team members - Planning and delivering on operations tasks - Conducting independent analyzes and delivering quality results - Developing conclusions and writing reports - Conducting quantitative analyzes with Excel or Access Travel Requirements Up to 80% Job Posting End Date The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
