Requisitos mínimos:
- Estudios conducentes en Gerencia y/o Administracion de empresas o su equivalente en experiencia.
- 2-3 años de experiencia en supervisión.
- Bilingue
- Capacidad para lograr los resultados financieros
- Horario flexible. Disponibilidad noches, fines de semana y dias feriados.
- Habilidad para poder comunicarse, capacidad para escribir de forma precisa y concisa.
- Dominio de los programas de Microsoft y habilidad para manejar las computadoras.
- Entrevista y selecciona al personal.
- Capacita, retiene y desarrolla a su equipo.
- Planifica horario de trabajo.
- Asesora, capacita y disciplina a los empleados segun sea necesario.
- Realiza los inventarios y las compras de acuerdo a las necesidades mes tras mes.
- Realiza informes periodictos sobre los resultados del negocio.
- Responde a situaciones de emergencia.
- Deberes de manejo de efectivo incluyendo el monitoreo y cuadres de caja, fondos de cambio, depositos, etc.
- Maneja prioridades
- Conocimiento basico de mecanica carros electricos (Plus)
- Otras responsabilidades requeridas basada en el puesto.
