As a COTA, you will play a vital role in assisting patients in achieving their therapeutic goals and improving their overall quality of life.Location: Miramar, FLPosition Type: ContractorRequirementsAbility to commute to patients homeAbility to commute to cases in the general area of Hollywood, Miramar, Pembroke Pines, Weston, and Miami GardensCertification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant from an accredited program.AHCA Level 2 Background check.Valid state licensure or certification as required by local regulations.Ability to work effectively in home health environments.Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare team members.A commitment to providing high-quality care that promotes patient independence and well-being.Availability to work weekends and short notice as needed.ResponsibilitiesAssist occupational therapists in implementing individualized care plans for patients.Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the supervising occupational therapist.Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress notes.Timely documenting visits.Join our team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients through dedicated Occupational therapy services!Pay range per visit: $55 - $65
