Facility Name: Salina Regional Health Center ARU Position: Occupational Therapist (OT) Shift: Full-time, self‑scheduling 8‑hour shifts between 9 am and 6 pm. Signing Bonus: $20,000. More About Our Team Salina Regional Health Center helps patients achieve their optimal level of function is the goal of Salina Regional Health Center's rehabilitation program. We have a vast array of rehabilitation services including inpatient and outpatient physical therapy, sports medicine, speech, occupational and recreational therapy. Special cardiac rehabilitation and pulmonary rehabilitation programs are also offered for those who have had a heart attack, bypass surgery, angioplasty or chronic lung disease. What You Will Do in This Role Develop a specialized treatment plan to help patients achieve their best possible recovery through exercise and the use of prosthetic and orthotic devices. You and your staff will play an important role in their recovery. Communicate patient progress or problems to supervisor and other team members; instruct patient's family or nursing staff in follow‑through programs. Document patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer and accrediting requirements. Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition. Handle job responsibilities in accordance with the standards of the Company's Code of Business Conduct, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, appropriate professional standards and applicable state/federal laws. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Current and unrestricted Occupational Therapy license in the state where services are rendered.
