Job summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a growing healthcare team in Salina, KS. This full-time opportunity focuses primarily on caring for infants and young children ages 0–3 within an early childhood development program.

Position Highlights

Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy services to pediatric patients ages 0–3
Perform comprehensive developmental assessments
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Address delays in:
- Activities of daily living
- Play skills
- Sensory integration
- Cognitive and psychosocial development
- Neuromuscular abilities
Educate and support patients’ families and caregivers
Maintain accurate documentation and discharge planning
