We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a growing healthcare team in Salina, KS. This full-time opportunity focuses primarily on caring for infants and young children ages 0–3 within an early childhood development program.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to pediatric patients ages 0–3
• Perform comprehensive developmental assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Address delays in:
• • Activities of daily living
  • Play skills
  • Sensory integration
  • Cognitive and psychosocial development
  • Neuromuscular abilities
• Educate and support patients’ families and caregivers
• Maintain accurate documentation and discharge planning
