We are seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a growing healthcare team in Salina, Kansas , providing therapy services primarily for infants and young children (ages 0–3).

Position Highlights:

• Full-time permanent position
• Monday–Friday | Flexible Day Shift
• Salary: $76,000–$95,000/year
• Relocation assistance up to $5,000

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with developmental delays
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide family education and support
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active Kansas Occupational Therapy License
• Valid Kansas Driver's License
• BLS/CPR Certification (or obtain within 90 days)
• Pediatric OT experience preferred
