Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility as an SLP
• Experience in pediatric and school-based environments preferred
• Strong ability to evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and speech disorders in children
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills
• Passion for fostering growth and learning in diverse school communities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy to students with a variety of needs
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions tailored for pediatric populations
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement IEP goals
• Complete assessments, maintain thorough documentation, and report on student progress
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide expertise in speech and language development
