This is a rare opportunity for an experienced physician leader to shape the future of healthcare delivery for a community-focused healthcare system. The Chief Medical Officer (CMO) setting the vision and direction for all medical services while ensuring exceptional, patient-centered care across multiple facilities.

Job Function:

Provides senior clinical leadership and sets the overall direction for medical services
Oversees quality, safety, and patient-centered care across all health programs
Guides clinical standards, protocols, and evidence-based practices system-wide
Advises Tribal Council and executive leadership on medical policy, trends, and clinical risk
Collaborates with physicians, ARNPs, department leaders, and healthcare staff
Leads multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent, high-quality care delivery
Drives quality improvement initiatives and clinical performance outcomes
Ensures compliance with accreditation, regulatory, and privacy standards

Job Requirements:

Board-certified MD or DO (Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Pediatrics)
Active Florida medical license
7-8+ years of senior-level clinical or healthcare leadership experience
