Service TechnicianResidential Windows, Doors & SidingLocation: Houston, TXJoin the Window World Team!Window World, America's leading replacement window company, is looking for a motivated Service Technician to join our growing Houston team. Whether you're an experienced service technician, have a construction background, or are a skilled handyman looking for your next opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.In this role, you'll provide service and repairs for residential windows, doors, and siding while delivering exceptional customer service. If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and helping homeowners, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career with a company that values quality workmanship and promotes from within.Pay: $16.00–$22.00 per hour, based on experience, plus overtime opportunities.What You'll DoPerform service calls and repairs on residential windows, entry doors, and siding.Diagnose issues and determine the best repair solutions.Complete maintenance, adjustments, and light carpentry work.Install or replace hardware, weatherstripping, caulking, and trim as needed.Perform touch-up painting and finishing work when required.Maintain company tools, equipment, and service vehicle in a clean and organized condition.Accurately document completed work and communicate repair recommendations.Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining a professional appearance.Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.What We're Looking ForValid driver's license with a clean driving record.Experience in construction, carpentry, handyman services, home improvement, or residential service work preferred.Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills.Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Strong communication and customer service skills.Ability to work independently and manage daily service appointments.Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.Ability to use ladders, power tools, and hand tools safely.Reliable, dependable, and committed to quality workmanship.Preferred QualificationsExperience servicing or installing residential windows and doors.General carpentry or remodeling experience.Knowledge of siding, trim, caulking, and exterior home repairs.BenefitsCompetitive hourly pay: $16.00–$22.00 per hourOvertime opportunitiesCompany truck, gas card, and cell phoneMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and vacation accrualOngoing training and career developmentOpportunities for advancement within Window WorldWhy Join Window World?At Window World, we're committed to delivering exceptional products and service while investing in our employees.
