Custom Glass Solutions is growing and we're looking for hardworking, motivated individuals to join our Production Team at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. Whether you're just starting out or have experience working with glass or in a manufacturing setting, this is your chance to grow with a company that truly values its people.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate various machines and manufacturing equipment
• Load and handle glass materials with care
• Package finished products for customer delivery
• Follow safety and quality procedures at all times
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment as needed

What We're Looking For

• Reliable team players who show up ready to work
• Physically able to lift 3075 lbs throughout the shift
• Willing to learn, grow, and take initiative
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Experience in glass or manufacturing is a plus
• Willing and able to work the scheduled hours of the shift including required overtime

10-Hour Shifts: MondayThursday 4 PM 2 AM

• Shift provides $2 premium additional per hour to base rate of pay
• Base pay begins at $20 per hour
• At 90 Days, increase to $21.00/hr with satisfactory performance
• At 180 Days, increase to $22.00 with satisfactory performance
