Client Service Rep - Per Diem

Location Detail 80 Seymour Street (10008) Shift Detail 3rd shift, per diem, hours 10:30pm - 7am. Must work every other weekend and rotate holidays. Job Description Provides client service support to our clients/patients with laboratory results in an accurate and professional manner. Handle questions, problems and complaints of all customers including physicians, patients and coworkers. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required. AS degree preferred. Customer service experience with knowledge of medical terminology required. Call center experience preferred. Previous laboratory or medical office experience preferred. Must be able to work independently. Must have excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to read, write and speak the English language.
