Job Description: The Parts Sales Coordinator position with work in partnership with the Parts Sales Representatives to support customer requests. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Perform order entry utilizing the ERP system and electronic processing tools. Update orders as needed. Maintain Ship Complete orders. Update customer third party order platforms and portals. Create Return Goods Authorization and manage customer returns for credit, repair, or warranty. Determine root cause of incorrect shipment issues and resolution. Create Quality Incident Reports. Update customer documentation with shipping information. Create credits and debits. Coordinate with internal departments Process credit card purchases. Maintain records within the ERP system, CRM, and other documentation systems. Generate, prepare, and distribute reports. Perform other duties as assigned. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Administrative work experience is desired. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES: Demonstrated proficiency in MSOffice. Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail. LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITY: This position does not directly lead other team members.
