Belfast, Maine: We invite an experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join an established community health center in this beautiful Midcoast community. This is a unique opportunity to practice in a newly expanded, state-of-the-art facility supporting integrated, team-based care. This progressive FQHC operates from a fully renovated, 35,000+ square foot facility designed to support continued growth and expanded access to care. Services include primary care, mental health, recovery and medication‑assisted treatment, pediatrics, pharmacy, and Behavioral Health Home programs, creating a comprehensive, collaborative environment for providers and patients. Join as the second PMHNP in this location, working alongside an experienced, collaborative team providing outpatient psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, medication management, and therapy for a diverse population. You will establish therapeutic relationships, support patients in achieving treatment goals, and collaborate closely with primary care and behavioral health providers within an integrated care model. This is a full‑time, outpatient position. Qualified candidates must have at least two years of experience and be comfortable working independently within a team‑based setting.
