responsibilities:

• Facilitate the delivery of campus and metro-based construction projects through timely, data-driven decisions while maintaining alignment with safety, quality, schedule, and cost priorities.

• Review engineering documentation, designs, and site plans to identify risks and constructability gaps while ensuring strict adherence to security standards.

• Act as a safety advocate by establishing risk mitigation metrics, ensuring OSHA regulatory compliance, conducting audits, and contributing to incident investigations.

• Recruit, direct, and evaluate project staff, review contracts and cost estimates, and align project specifications across cross-functional teams.

• Monitor progress across scope, schedule, and budget, synthesizing complex technical data into clear status updates for delivery teams and executive leadership.
