Key Responsibilities include: Provide administrative support to Production Foreman and Lease Operators Assist with tracking and entry of production-related data Maintain organized records, reports, and documentation Communicate effectively with field personnel and office staff Manage emails, schedules, and general office coordination Support multiple priorities in a fast-moving field environment Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all data entry and reporting tasks Perform additional administrative duties as needed Requirements: Prior administrative or clerical experience required (oil & gas preferred) Strong written and verbal communication skills High level of organization and attention to detail Ability to manage time and handle multiple priorities Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel required) Experience with production data entry is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working in a field office environment supporting operations Crosby Energy Services is hiring an Administrative Assistant to support operations in our Jourdanton, TX field office.
