• Proven success in automotive sales (management experience preferred)

• Strong closer who can desk deals and maximize gross

• Comfortable with CRM, digital leads, and modern sales processes

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team to hit and exceed monthly targets

• Desk deals, structure financing, and close customers

• Train, coach, and develop sales consultants

• Monitor KPIs, follow up on leads, and drive showroom traffic

• Maintain a high-energy, professional sales floor culture

• Work closely with GM and F&I to optimize performance
