Radiology Tech - Nuclear Medicine Tech

Nuclear Medicine Technologist Cardiac Imaging

Schedule: 7am 3:30pm, Monday Friday. Some procedures may run through 4:30pm.

Assignment Details: No on call/weekends.

Requirements:

• 2 years of Nuclear Medicine experience
• 6 months of Cardiac Imaging experience
• New York State Radiologic Technologist License
• NMTCB or ARRT(N) certification
• CT certification to perform CT scans
• Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Medicine from an accredited program (preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced nuclear cardiology studies including SPECT, SPECT/CT, and PET/CT
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and ensure patient comfort and safety
• Acquire and process diagnostic images, perform daily quality control, and maintain radio pharmacy operations
• Manage and document patient data in the eRecord system, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with colleagues to implement new technologies and improve lab protocols
