Make a meaningful impact in the lives of students as a Speech-Language Pathologist supporting a local elementary school's resource room. This contract opportunity runs from now through June 23, 2027, offering flexibility with both onsite and remote service options. You'll provide critical speech and language services for a caseload of approximately 40–50 students while collaborating with a team committed to student success.

Key Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Washington State SLP license
• Completion of OSPI fingerprinting required
• SLP-CCC certification
• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Familiarity with providing both onsite and virtual/VOCO SLP services
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students within a resource room environment
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
• Provide both direct therapy and consultative support to educators, support staff, and families
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Work closely with fellow educators and service providers to foster an inclusive, supportive environment for all learners
