Resident Advisor — Youth Housing & Wellness (ROP)
Covenant House International
Covenant House New York is seeking a Rights of Passage Resident Advisor to support up to 20 youth aged 16-21 in a Bronx ROP site. The RA collaborates with case managers and specialist staff to promote housing stability, trauma-informed care, and personal goals. You will help with daily living, meals for youth, and transportation as needed, while documenting progress in the ETO system and upholding CHNY's mission and child protection policies.
