What You'll Do

• Provide expert nursing care for neuro ICU patients, including monitoring intracranial pressure, ventilator management, and telemetry
• Start IVs and manage advanced equipment such as ventilators and intracranial pressure monitors
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Float within units of equivalent or lower acuity as needed
• Document patient progress accurately in Epic electronic health records
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards
• Support patient families and provide compassionate, patient-centered care

What You Need

• Required Certifications: BCLS, ACLS, NIHSS (AHA certifications only)
• Minimum 2 years of Neuro ICU experience
• Key skills: IV start, telemetry, ventilators, intracranial pressure monitoring
• License to practice as a Registered Nurse in Ohio or eligible for licensure
