HR Business Partner

Overview Lutron Electronics Co., Inc has an immediate opening for a HR Business Partner to support our Customer Service and Technical Support teams in Center Valley, PA. In this position, you will be a key part of the Human Resource team. A successful HR Business Partner will perform as a strategic liaison between Human Resources and your assigned business partners. You will work closely with senior leaders to support the objectives of the organization and develop their teams. Responsibilities Collaborate with our Services leadership team to anticipate the needs of the organization and execute HR programs such as: Designing coverage plans and ensuring optimal staffing level Attracting and retaining exceptional people Managing seamless onboarding experiences for new sales team member Providing day-to-day performance management guidance to G&A management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions) Identifying training needs and partnering with the learning organization to successfully execute programs Ensuring job rotations for development and learning Partnering with Sales leaders to ensure compensation and performance management programs are properly executed Stay aligned to Lutron’s culture and values: Be passionate Be flexible and adaptable to changing markets Be an innovative thinker Be customer focused Be ethical Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology or related field Minimum, cumulative GPA of 3.00 Minimum of five years experience as an HR Business Partner HR certification preferred Effective at collaboratively driving projects with cross-functional teams Experience working effectively in a matrix organization Excellent judgement in complex situations with multiple stakeholders Lutron Electronics’ position as the worldwide leader in innovative lighting control and shading solutions has enabled consistent, annual growth.
