About the Role: JCR is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Case Coordinator to join our team in Flower Mound, TX. Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage commercial cases throughout the entire lifecycle, ensuring timely and accurate progression Serve as a primary point of contact between internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders Track case statuses, deadlines, and documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy Prepare, review, and organize case files, reports, and correspondence Identify and resolve case-related issues or elevate as needed to appropriate parties Maintain accurate records and data entry within case management systems Support cross-functional teams with scheduling, follow-ups, and project coordination Requirements: Prior experience in case coordination, project coordination, or a related administrative role Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case/project management software Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment Commercial or business services industry experience is a plus Self-starter with a proactive, problem-solving mindset About Us: JCR is a trusted name in the Flower Mound, TX area, known for delivering reliable and professional services to our commercial clients.
