Certifications: BLS Certification (AHA)

Must-Have: Strong experience is required; travel experience is preferred

Description: The position requires experience in various cardiac, thoracic, and vascular surgical procedures. Common cases involve cardiac surgeries such as CABG, valve repair/replacement (open and robotic), ECMO, and transplant procedures. Thoracic surgeries include robotic, endoscopic, and open procedures like lung resections, VATS, and esophagostomies. Vascular surgeries involve diagnostic angiography, percutaneous interventions, endarterectomies, and more. Call is mandatory with one night of call per week and one weekend of call per month. Response time for call is 30 minutes. Clinicians may need to float within other services. Surgical scrubs will be provided, and specific color scrubs are mandatory. Successful candidates should have strong clinical skills and experience is a priority.
