As a Part-Time Member Service Representative at Zeal Credit Union, you'll be at the forefront of servicing our members with their day-to-day transactions, ensuring a seamless experience that exemplifies our dedication to customer service. Your role will include balancing your drawer accurately, opening new accounts, and facilitating loan intake. A minimum of six months of customer service experience is essential, along with a genuine passion for helping others. Strong problem-solving skills will enable you to address member inquiries with confidence and empathy. As an initiative taker, you should be proactive in identifying needs and finding effective solutions. SCHEDULE:

Monday: 9:30am-4:30pm Tuesday: 10:30am-3:30pm Wednesday: 10:30am-3:30pm Thursday: 10:30am-3:30pm Friday: 9:30am-4:30pm

• Saturday: 8:45am-1:15pm
• Saturdays will be on a rotating schedule as an opportunity for more hours or to switch a weekday off.
