We are currently hiring qualified Call Center Representatives for an inbound call center role. This position involves managing a high volume of inbound calls from existing customers, addressing inquiries related to the program, and troubleshooting issues with their online portal. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional customer service through daily inbound interactions, with an emphasis on first-call resolution. Comprehensive training and a nesting period will be provided, along with ongoing refreshers to ensure familiarity with evolving processes and procedures.

Candidate Attributes:

- Ability to work a 9-hour shift each day, five days a week, within the hours of 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Central Time.
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as required.

Job Details:

- Full-time, contractual position.
- Benefits offered include dental, health, and vision insurance after 90 days of employment.
- Shift hours: 9-hour shifts scheduled between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
- Scheduled breaks include two 10-minute breaks and a 1-hour meal break per shift.
- Work schedules and shift assignments may be subject to change based on operational needs.

- Harrisburg, PA 17110 (Candidates must reliably commute or plan to relocate prior to start date).

Educational Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience Requirements:

- Customer service experience preferred, minimum of 6 months.
