IT Admin & Help Desk Associate

NorthStar Energy Solutions is seeking an organized IT Administrative Support professional to be the first point of contact for incoming IT requests at our Grand Prairie, TX location. You will triage calls, perform basic troubleshooting, and maintain accurate IT records, onboarding, and asset management daily. The role supports the IT department with administrative tasks, device setup, and ticketing.
