THE OPPORTUNITY

The Service Leader is responsible for maintaining a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served, and that the restaurant crew is well‑trained and provides good customer service. The responsibilities require Service Leaders to be on their feet working while clocked in, unless on break. When not busy, they are expected to evaluate other tasks that need to be completed and assist others. What You'll Do Follow Chipotle’s policies and procedures. Ensure great‑tasting, high‑quality food is served. Help resolve food quality issues. Support food safety, including hand washing, glove changes, monitoring time and temperature on the line, monitoring secondary shelf lives, and following the Daily Food Safety Checklist. Help resolve customer incidents and work to ensure positive customer experiences. Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules. Develop and cross‑train all front‑of‑house crew. Assist with crew performance reviews. Develop future Service Leaders. Assist with miscellaneous office administration duties (banking, cash‑handling policies, and office paperwork). Ensure office equipment remains in working order and office supplies are ordered as necessary. Ensure the proper quantity of supplies is available as needed. What You'll Bring To The Table Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy. Have knowledge and experience of cash‑handling policies and procedures. Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters. Have familiarity with office paperwork. Be able to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location. PAY TRANSPARENCY

Base pay range: $16.30–$18.14 per hour. Actual base pay may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education. In addition to base pay, Chipotle offers a competitive benefits package.
