Summary We are seeking a highly organized and meticulous Litigation Paralegal to join our team. As a Litigation Paralegal, you will provide essential support to our legal team and ensure the smooth operation of our legal processes. Responsibilities Filing pleadings and documents through the E-Filing Portals. Prepare case-specific documents, including memoranda and briefs Ensure that case-related documents are well organized and available for review Conduct legal research and investigation Provide general administrative support Communicate with clients and witnesses Attend court sessions and record important information Maintain and update documentation Assist with discovery requests Requirements Previous experience as a Litigation Paralegal or similar role is preferred Certification or associate’s degree as a Paralegal is preferred Familiarity with legal procedures, terminology, and the court system Strong verbal and written communication skills Highly organized with document management experience Excellent research skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Adobe, and Outlook) Ability to multitask and work well under pressure Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
