Corporate Legal Assistant

We are seeking a polished, experienced Transactional Legal Administrative Assistant to support a Managing Partner and corporate/M&A attorneys. This role is within a collaborative, no‑ego environment that offers excellent stability, professional growth, and outstanding benefits. Key Responsibilities:
- Support corporate and M&A transactions (document preparation, redlining, version control)
- Assist with private offering documents and complex organizational charts
- Manage billing, pre-bills, corrections, and invoice distribution (Aderant preferred)
- Maintain documents, correspondence, files, and DMS workflows
- Handle teleconferencing and meeting coordination
- Proofread, format, and prepare legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail
- Track CLE hours and course registrations for assigned attorneys
- 5+ years of transactional legal assistant or legal secretary experience
- Strong experience supporting corporate/M&A attorneys
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Billing experience required (Aderant highly preferred)
- Strong knowledge of legal document creation and editing
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, team-oriented, friendly, and collaborative
