Corporate Legal Assistant

We are seeking a polished, experienced Transactional Legal Administrative Assistant to support a Managing Partner and corporate/M&A attorneys. • Support corporate and M&A transactions (document preparation, redlining, version control)
• Assist with private offering documents and complex organizational charts
• Manage billing, pre-bills, corrections, and invoice distribution (Aderant preferred)
• Maintain documents, correspondence, files, and DMS workflows
• Handle teleconferencing and meeting coordination
• Proofread, format, and prepare legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail
• Track CLE hours and course registrations for assigned attorneys

• 5+ years of transactional legal assistant or legal secretary experience
• Strong experience supporting corporate/M&A attorneys
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Billing experience required (Aderant highly preferred)
• Strong knowledge of legal document creation and editing
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
