Corporate Legal Assistant

We are seeking a polished, experienced Transactional Legal Administrative Assistant to support a Managing Partner and corporate/M&A attorneys. Key Responsibilities: Support corporate and M&A transactions (document preparation, redlining, version control) Assist with private offering documents and complex organizational charts Manage billing, pre-bills, corrections, and invoice distribution (Aderant preferred) Provide administrative support: scheduling, travel coordination, reimbursements Maintain documents, correspondence, files, and DMS workflows Handle teleconferencing and meeting coordination Proofread, format, and prepare legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail Track CLE hours and course registrations for assigned attorneys Qualifications: 5+ years of transactional legal assistant or legal secretary experience Strong experience supporting corporate/M&A attorneys Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) Billing experience required (Aderant highly preferred) Strong knowledge of legal document creation and editing Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Professional, team-oriented, friendly, and collaborative Compensation & Benefits: Paid parking Firm-paid medical insurance + $250/month HSA contribution from Day 1 Firm-paid dental Profit-sharing from Day 1 Discretionary year-end bonus Monthly staff activities & wellness programs #J-18808-Ljbffr Broughton Group
