IN-HOME NURSE (RN/LPN) Promise: We Will Protect What Matters Most Location: Rapid City, SD and surrounding Black Hills communities Employment Options: Full-Time or Part-Time Compensation: $35-$40/hour based on licensure, experience, and qualifications Typical Schedule: Primarily Monday-Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility based on client needs. How You'll Help Create a Better What's Next Your work will directly influence the safety, well‑being, and quality of life of the clients and families we serve. In this role, you will: Deliver skilled nursing care in clients' homes, including assessments, medication management, wound care, and other nursing services within your scope of practice Build trusted relationships with clients and families through compassionate communication and consistent support Identify concerns early and proactively address risks that could impact a client's health, safety, or independence Collaborate closely with Care Pros and office leadership to ensure care plans remain personalized and responsive Educate clients and families so they feel informed, empowered, and supported Document care accurately and communicate effectively to ensure continuity and quality of care Help create peace of mind for families navigating complex caregiving situations Every visit is an opportunity to provide more than clinical care.
