Account Support Specialist

- # Account Support Specialist Featured 2026-06-14 Speedy CPS 517 S. Eighth St 18-22 hour**Description:** This role is a sales support role where the individual will go through our three level CSR certification training and work towards becoming an Account Support Specialist for our sales team.To apply directly into our requisition, you can go to this URL ( Be able to understand the customer need and help deliver the project they need for their business* Be an expert with the MIS and be able to enter orders quickly and correctly* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients or customers* Ensure that customer needs and expectations are met or exceeded.* Conduct research to identify potential customers and generate sales leads.* Will be a project coordinator to ensure all customers have a world class experience* Contact potential customers via phone, email, or online chat to introduce products or services and close sales.* Help with developing and implement account strategies and plans to maximize revenue and profitability from existing accounts.* Provide exceptional customer service and support, answering questions and resolving issues promptly and professionally.* Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.* Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and sales data in the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system.* Stay up to date with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.* Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.* Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.* Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes to increase productivity and efficiency.* Site surveys* Assist with the development and maintenance of client relationships**Requirements*** Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Be able to learn and become an expert in the ordering platform in use.* Ability to problem solve and be solutions oriented* Highly detailed with strong organizational and time management skills* Understanding computer software, especially CRM systems and sales software* Professional customer service demeanor* Very reliable and good work ethic* Have an excellent attendance record* Highly responsive to customer needs* Ability to create and maintain customer relationships* Someone looking to grow a career with our organization.**Work Schedules and Arrangements*** Onsite position* Hourly ($18-22) plus bonus program paid out monthly when sales levels are achieved* Hours + 830am-530 Monday through Friday**Helpful Skills**(list out skills that are necessary for the job – things they will do each day)* Getting Information — Observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources.* Can do Attitude – Willingness to be taught and learn new things* Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates — Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.* Being a team player with sales team and company locations**About Inkr Merdian**Inkr Merdian is part of the Speedy CPS - AlphaGraphics network.
