Your responsibilities include utilizing our specialized platform and personal network to source emerging healthcare candidates, initiating contact with potential candidates to introduce rewarding MLR opportunities and assess their interest, coordinating appointments between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth interviews, following up with leads to sustain enthusiasm and facilitate their hiring journey, keeping precise and current records in our applicant tracking system, and achieving commissions based on meetings arranged, interviews conducted, and hires stemming from your outreach.

Qualities for success include strong written and verbal communication skills, a proactive and self-directed approach, a passion for outreach, networking, and guiding others towards their career paths, and no previous recruiting experience requiredif you're organized and resourceful, we'll equip you with the rest.
