Role Overview Provides comprehensive nursing care in a Med Surg department, implementing and monitoring patient care plans, coordinating multidisciplinary efforts, and communicating patient conditions effectively. Key Responsibilities Implement and oversee patient care plans, ensuring communication of patient conditions. Serve as primary coordinator among healthcare disciplines for seamless patient care. Follow physician and nursing orders accurately. Assess and coordinate discharge planning needs with the healthcare team. Qualifications & Skills Registered Nurse licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing or a valid multi-state license. Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC within 30 days of hire. Diploma from an accredited nursing school or equivalent professional licensure.
