Remote Corporate Counsel — AI & Cloud Deals Expert

Genesys

Genesys, a leading AI-powered Experience Orchestration company, seeks a licensed attorney to negotiate cloud, SaaS and tech license agreements, while guiding commercial strategies with sales and product teams. You will shape standard templates and drive risk-aware, scalable deal execution across North America.

Ideal candidates have a JD, active US bar membership, 4+ years of related experience, and strong written/verbal communication with contract drafting expertise, in a fast-paced enterprise
