Overview Registered Nurse, PCU, Clarkston, WA — Travel assignment starts 09/28/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $2,218 to $2,357 per week, with 36 guaranteed hours weekly. Day shift in a 25-bed CAH unit within a LTC - Nursing Home setting, supporting MSU/PCU, Telemetry, and MedSurg areas. Must be experienced in all areas and willing to float to departments as needed. This assignment is with Healthforce Healthcare LLC. Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,218 – $2,357 per week Guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Start date: 09/28/2026 Work setting: 25-bed CAH unit in a LTC - Nursing Home environment Travel assignment with dedicated support and ongoing onboarding Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to MSU/PCU, Telemetry, and MedSurg patients, including assessment, planning, and ongoing evaluation Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and promptly report changes to the physician Identify education needs of patients and significant others; deliver education using appropriate modalities Maintain patient safety through preventative measures, follow isolation and infection control procedures, and document care accordingly Perform and document accurate orders processing, 24-hour order checks when applicable, and thorough shift handoffs to incoming staff Operate and troubleshoot equipment used in PCU/Telemetry/MedSurg settings; access manuals as needed; keep emergency carts and supplies stocked Communicate clearly with other departments and report critical lab values promptly per policy Perform additional duties as assigned to support unit operations and patient care Requirements Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Washington Experience in MSU/PCU and willingness to float to other departments as needed Ability to work in a PCU/Telemetry/MedSurg environment and adapt to shift needsStrong documentation, communication, and patient education skills Demonstrated commitment to patient safety and infection control practices Benefits and Support Dedicated recruiter and travel support throughout the assignment 24/7 support for clinical and non-clinical questions Fast credentialing and onboarding assistance Housing coordination or housing stipend where available Extension opportunities for eligible assignments Nationwide assignments available for travel professionals
