Director OF Development

The University of Dayton is hiring a Senior Associate Director, Leadership and Student Organization Development. This role leads the development and oversight of student leadership programs and policies, manages risk and compliance for student organizations, supervises professional staff, and collaborates across campus to enhance experiential learning opportunities for students. The position also involves program assessment, fundraising, and acting as a key member of the Center for Student Involvement leadership team. Highlights Provides strategic leadership and policy governance for student organizations and leadership development. Manages risk frameworks and compliance related to student organizations and high-risk events. Supervises professional staff and oversees the Leadership in Service Scholarship program. Liaises on student organization conduct and leads fundraising and program assessment efforts. Requires a Master's degree in higher education, student affairs, leadership education, or related field. Minimum three years of experience in student organization advising, including governance and risk management. Strong skills in program design, implementation, assessment, and collaboration with diverse populations. Preferred qualifications include five years of experience, leadership program development, policy navigation, and fundraising experience.
